MY UNCONVENTIONAL WIN!

On July 11th, 2015 4 years ago this month my entire life changed! It all started when I called 911 for help. I was having severe contractions in the 1st trimester of pregnancy and was in a tremendous amount of pain. As an epileptic I've had my share of 911 calls, Up until this day I was always happy to see them because I knew help was here. During this ambulance ride the driver did something that had never happened to me. He stopped the ambulance while in route to the hospital. He then pulled the ambulance over and entered the back.

He told me he stopped because he had shit to do, and began to organize his medical bag. The two men threatened me, cursed at me and refused me medication. They at there and let me scream and cry having contractions and begging them to please get me to the hospital.

My 1st street home was only 4 minutes away from the 6th street hospital. I was having contractions every 4 minutes that lasted 1 minute each. When the ambulance picked me up from my home I expected to have one contraction during the transport before arriving to the hospital. I had four!

The two Paramedic Fire Fighters held me in the back of the ambulance harassing me for over 20 minutes. I beg for My life and the life of my daughter, all while apologizing to them because I thought I made them mad. Finally the driver got up, climbed back to the front and began to drive. I thought I was going to die in that ambulance, but I lived and my perfect little baby girl died. Her heart stopped! We were all so excited to have a Christmas baby! So much so I created this littlle photo grid of her ultrasounds. 💘. What once made me so happy to look at, now completely breaks my heart!

During the D&C I hemorrhaged and had to get blood transfusions. After leaving the hospital I was lost, confused about what actually happened in that ambulance. I filed a complaint with The Fire Departments Internal Affairs. My advocate lied to me for over a year. Telling me they found something, saying they were subpoenaing people and diligently investigating my complaint.

A year later I received a letter closing my complaint saying they found nothing. I was tricked! I had up six months to file a law suit against the government and their Internal Affairs held the complaint for over a year before closing it. I ended up filing a law suit with an attorney but after the 1st year my husband and I were on our own because we couldnt afford it.

For 4 years my husband and I have been fighting them in pro per. ( without an Attorney)Once I got to trial the judge dismissed my case saying I failed to file a proper claim. Saying we filed after the 6 month statute of limitations. We filed late but had justifiable reasons outlined in Civil Codes. Now we are in appeal! In the midst of all this I was broken. Hurt. Struggling with post traumatic stress disorder. Every time I seen the ambulance I felt sick and angry. My heart needed healing.

In prayer God showed me how to heal and how to get real justice, and real justice has nothing to do with winning money! I needed God more than ever after the Judge dismissed our case. What he showed me shocked me but I listened!

This this year, 2018 3 years after losing my daughter and being held and harassed by 2 Los Angeles City Paramedics I registered back into school to get a degree in Law!

I have always been a fighter, but now it's different. I fight for me, my kids,for you and your kids and for strangers every where! Even if I lose in the court of appeals I will still be a winner! This fight I'm in now is a fight to change laws and force the Los Angeles City Fire Fighters Internal Affairs department to either do right or get out! Mayor Garcetti and Fire Chief Ralph Tarrazas has work to do and I'M COMING FOR THEM!! The Mayor put Professional Standards in place, yet he has failed to force them to be honest! Chief Ralph Tarrazas of the Fire Department never replied to any of my letters or emails for help. Well I promise you I will make him here me now! Like my grandma use to say.. There's more than one way to skin a cat!

I have choosen to attend Purdue University online. (Purdue Global) because they offer an amazing Bachelor's in Law degree, and the credits easily transfer into a Juris Doctor Degree either with them or some where else.

They are a fully accredited public nonprofit University! ( I am the owner of a Nonprofit CPA firm and a nonprofit fitness center) so I fully support this! I am stepping out on faith and walking a path created for me by God!

MY BABY GIRLS DEATH and MY PAIN and THE PAIN THIS CAUSED MY FAMILY WILL NOT BE IN VAIN! YOU ARE LOOKING AT A FUTURE CIVIL ATTORNEY! GET READY! I AM FIGHTING WITH AND FOR A PURPOSE!!

Please pray for me! It was a lot easier to get a Degree 20 years ago LOL this will be a welcomed challenge! This is a new day!
